FACT #1.
Jesus had a WILL of his OWN that was different from the WILL of Almighty God, his Father. Therefore, Jesus needed to be OBEDIENT to his Father and do his Father\’s WILL. Jesus said, \”NOT MY will but YOUR will, heavenly Father, be done.\”
(Matthew 26:39; Mark 14:36; Luke 22:42)
So then, how can Jesus be one and the same being as Almighty God and have a DIFFERENT or SEPARATE WILL of his OWN that needed to be brought under the will of his God and Father, the one true and ONLY ALMIGHTY God (John 17.3)?
Therefore, TWO different WILLS simply and plainly speak of TWO different beings and NOT ONE and the SELF-SAME being!
The Scriptures clearly and plainly teach that Jesus is the SON OF Almighty God and therefore it can be clearly concluded that Jesus is NOT the one and the self-same being as Almighty God. The Bible clearly states that to us, Christians, there is but ONE GOD and then clearly identifies this ONE GOD as being the FATHER
(1 Corinthians 8:6). Jesus is NOT the FATHER, rather, Jesus is the Son of the Father (2 John 3).
FACT #2.
Jesus was TEMPTED by the devil to sin against his God
(Matthew 4:1-11, Luke 4:1-13) yet the Bible plainly teaches us that Almighty God HIMSELF CANNOT be TEMPTED with evil
(James 1:13). Jesus was tempted whereas God CANNOT be tempted.
So then, since ALMIGHTY God himself CANNOT be tempted, then Jesus cannot be the ONE true and ONLY Almighty God, in the FLESH or otherwise! It really is as simple as that! Hebrews clearly states that Jesus himself was indeed tempted in all points like as we are tempted, yet he did not sin! (Hebrews 4:15; 2:18)
So one either believes that the Bible is true regarding Jesus or not! The choice is ours. We cannot have it both ways. Therefore, when one reads the Bible with eyes which have been opened regarding who Jesus is, one would clearly and plainly SEE that Almighty God Himself CANNOT be tempted yet Jesus was tempted, therefore Jesus cannot be God!
FACT #3.
Jesus did NOT KNOW the day nor the hour of his return, but yet Almighty God the Father does know! (Mark 13:32, Matthew 24:36)
Therefore, Christendom’s teaching that Jesus IS FULLY God, and that is, that Jesus is Omniscient (ALL KNOWING), cannot be true according to the very words of Jesus. Jesus is the Truth (John 14:6). Jesus is the Amen, the Faithful and Faithful Witness (Revelation 3:14). He does not lie. Therefore, according to the very words of Jesus, Jesus cannot himself be the ALL-KNOWING GOD. Let us think this through for ourselves. How can Jesus be Almighty God and KNOW and NOT KNOW the very SAME thing at the very SAME time?
Rather, let us be honest with the fact that Jesus plainly states that he himself does NOT KNOW the day nor the hour of his return, therefore, Jesus is not God!
FACT #4.
Jesus could do nothing OF HIMSELF! (John 5:19,30; 8:28)
So then, how can the Christendom’s doctrine that Jesus is EQUAL to the Father in every way be true? Ask yourself, how can Almighty God NOT be able to do something of Himself? That is sheer nonsense. Jesus, therefore, according to his very own words, clearly is not Almighty God.
How then, you may ask, was Jesus able to perform the amazing signs and wonders that were performed?
Here are the scriptural answers:
- John 14:10 Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father is in me? The words that I say to you I do not speak on my own, but the Father, as He remains in me, does His works.
- Act 2:22 Men of Israel, listen to these words: Jesus the Nazarene, a man attested to you by God with miracles and wonders and signs which God performed through him in your midst, just as you yourselves know
- Act 10:38 You know of Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed him with the holy spirit and with power, and how He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him.
FACT # 5.
Jesus was ANOINTED by Almighty God, the Father, to preach the gospel and to heal the sick. (Isaiah 61:1; Luke 4:18; Acts 10:38) Which raises the question, “Why would Jesus, the SON of Almighty God need to be anointed with the holy spirit OF God, IF Jesus himself was truly THE ONE, TRUE and ONLY ALMIGHTY God in the flesh?
The truth of the matter is that Jesus is NOT the one, true and ONLY Almighty God, who alone is the FATHER (1 Corinthians 8:6,
1 Thessalonians 1:9). Clearly, Jesus is NOT the FATHER, but rather Jesus is the SON OF Almighty God the Father (2 John 3).
The Bible clearly teaches us that Jesus is a separate and completely distinct and different being from his God and Father.
FACT # 6.
When Jesus himself was addressed as “good teacher”, Jesus replied that “there is NONE good but GOD ONLY!” (Matthew 19:16,17; Mark 10:17-18; Luke 18:18-19. Jesus differentiates himself from the ONLY GOD. The Only True God is good in the absolute sense, seeing that GOD is the absolute source of all goodness. Whilst Jesus, His Son, is thereby good in a derived sense, being God\’s Son, yet, his goodness cannot be compared to the ultimate source of goodness, namely, Almighty GOD.
Thus, all through Scripture, one clearly sees that Jesus and Almighty God are two DIFFERENT and SEPARATE beings.
FACT #7.
Jesus said the Father is GREATER than ALL in the SAME context where he says that he and the Father are ONE (John 10:29-30). \”Are ONE\” in this context literally means that they AGREE as one and NOT that they are one and the SAME being (See 1 Corinthians 3:8; compare John 17:11,21-23). Jesus even goes on to say when speaking of himself, that “the Father is greater than I.” (John 14:28, compare 13:16)
Clearly then, according to Jesus, he himself is NOT equal to God. Therefore, Christendom’s teaching that ‘there are three co-equal persons who each are God’ is simply NOT true and NOT scriptural!
FACT #8.
Jesus was, is and always will be UNDER or SUBJECT to the ONE, TRUE and ONLY Almighty God, who the Bible clearly identifies as being the FATHER. Consider the following passage:
1 Corinthians 15:23-28 ESV
23 But each in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, then at his coming those who belong to Christ. 24 Then comes the end, when he delivers the kingdom to God the Father after destroying every rule and every authority and power. 25 For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. 26 The last enemy to be destroyed is death. 27 For “God has put all things in subjection under his feet.” But when it says, “all things are put in subjection,” it is plain that he [God] is excepted who put all things in subjection under him. 28 When all things are subjected to him, then the Son himself will also be subjected to him who put all things in subjection under him, that God may be all in all.
The clear, plain and simple truth of these verses cannot be reasoned away. Reader, please be absolutely sure that you carefully and prayerfully read all that this passage says.
1 Corinthians 15:27-28 clearly teaches us that Jesus will be SUBJECT to his God and Father, after Jesus presents the Kingdom to God his Father. Because God alone is God, God himself is EXCLUDED/EXCEPTED i.e. (NOT INCLUDED) from this subjection. Rather, GOD WILL BE ALL IN ALL, whilst Jesus himself is subject to the ONE, TRUE and ONLY ALMIGHTY God.
Therefore, any logical thinking reader of Scripture must conclude that Jesus is NOT the ONE, TRUE and ONLY ALMIGHTY God because GOD cannot be subject to anyone! The very fact that Jesus is to be subject to God, proves in itself, that Jesus is NOT God himself.
FACT # 9.
Jesus plainly states around 80 times that he is the Son of man (See footnote). This term, scripturally means, a human being. In the Hebrew Bible (the Old Testament), in the Book of Ezekiel, the prophet is addressed as \”son of man\” 93 times.
However, scripturally, WHO does Scripture say,
is NOT ‘son of man’?
Number 23:19 God is not a man, that He would lie, Nor a son of man, that He would change His mind;
Has He said, and will He not do it?
Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?
Compare:
1 Samuel 15:29 Also the Glory of Israel will not lie nor change His mind; for He is not a man, that He would change His mind.”
Job 9:32 For He is not a man, as I am, that I may answer Him ...
Hosea 11:9 ... For I am God and not a man, the Holy One in your midst ...
There you have it. Almighty GOD is NOT a ‘son of man’, neither is GOD \’a man\’ . Therefore, if Jesus clearly states that he is ‘son of man’ and GOD is NOT a ‘son of man’ then clearly Jesus is not GOD!
In like manner, if Jesus clearly states that he is ‘a man’ (John 8:40; see also Acts 2:22, 17:31; 1 Timothy 2:5) and GOD is NOT a ‘a man’ then clearly Jesus is not GOD!

FACT # 10.
Jesus PRAYED TO his God and Father. (Matthew 26:36-44; Mark 6:46, 14:32-39, Luke 6:12, 22:41-45; John Chapter 17) Now IF Jesus were truly FULLY Almighty God in the flesh, then he would have no need to pray TO anyone! Ask yourself this: in these following scriptures, who did Jesus give thanks to?
- Mark 8:6 … and taking the seven loaves, he gave thanks …
- Mark 14:23 And when he had taken a cup and given thanks …
- Luke 22:17 And when he had taken a cup and given thanks …
- Luke 22:19 And when He had taken some bread and given thanks …
- John 6:23 … where they ate the bread after the Lord had given thanks.
Obviously then, Jesus did NOT pray to or give thanks to himself!
Rather Jesus prays and gives thanks to GOD his Father. Jesus teaches his followers to pray to and give thanks to God the Father.
See the commonly called Lord\’s prayer in Matthew 6:9-13 and
Luke 11:2-4.
FACT # 11.
Luke 2:40 Now the child continued to grow and to become strong, increasing in wisdom; and the favor of God was upon him.
Luke 2:52 And Jesus kept increasing in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and people.
Jesus increased in the wisdom of God and in the favour of God. Jesus also learned obedience by the things he suffered.
How can one ‘teach’ the Almighty, Omniscient God anything? How does an ALL-KNOWING GOD learn wisdom? WHY would an ALMIGHTY God, who is an ALL KNOWING God, need to LEARN anything? How can GOD grow in favour with GOD?
IF Jesus was truly Almighty God himself, then he would have already been ALL WISE and ALL KNOWING and have no need to increase in wisdom of HIMSELF. Rather, Luke portrays Jesus, as God’s obedient, human Son who grew in favour with God, in a similar fashion as Samuel had done before him (1 Samuel 2:26).
The writer of Hebrews, looks back, and declares how this same Jesus learned obedience from the things which he suffered. (Hebrews 5:8) Again, I ask, WHY would an ALMIGHTY God, who is an ALL KNOWING God, need to LEARN anything? Clearly then, Jesus is not God!
FACT #12.
Jesus DIED on the cross for our sins and GOD raised him from the dead.
The very fact that Jesus died … … proves that Jesus is not God. Why?
Because God is IMMORTAL – HE CANNOT DIE!
So, regardless of how one wants to define death, die is something
Almighty GOD cannot do.
GOD cannot lie (Titus 1:2) and GOD cannot DIE!
GOD alone innately possesses immortality, that is, deathlessness –
1 Timothy 6:16; therefore GOD cannot DIE!
GOD is eternal – He cannot corrupt! He is incorruptible –
1 Timothy 1:17
In contrast, Jesus\’ body never saw corruption because of a particular act of God! What act? GOD raised Jesus from the dead. In other words, if GOD did not raise Jesus from the dead, his body would have seen corruption, because Jesus, unlike God, was a mortal, human being. However, the good news is: that GOD indeed raised Jesus from the dead, and gave him immortality! Jesus is therefore, the firstborn from the dead (Colossians 1:18, Revelation 1:5), that is:
the first, resurrected, immortalised, human being!
How then does Jesus live now?
2 Corinthians 13:4 For indeed he was crucified because of weakness, yet he lives because of the power of God. For we too are weak in him, yet we will live with him because of the power of God directed toward you.
Romans 6:10 For the death that he died, he died to sin once for all time; but the life that he lives, he lives to God.
Jesus lives to God BY the power of God; therefore, clearly Jesus is not the eternal, immortal GOD!

see Who Raised Jesus From the Dead?
Footnote. Jesus refers to himself as the Son of man 81 times (according to my count using the KJV Bible) in Scripture:
Matthew 8:20; 9:6; 10:23; 11:19; 12:8,32,40; 13:37,41; 16:13,27,28; 17:9,12,22; 18:11; 19:28; 20:18,28; 24:27,30 (twice), 37,39,44; 25:13,31; 26:2, 24 (twice), 26:45,64; Mark 2:10,28; 8:31,38; 9:9,12,31; 10:33,45; 13:26; 14:21 (twice), 41,62; Luke 5:24; 6:5; 7:34; 9:22,26,44,56,58; 11:30; 12:8,10,40; 17:22,24,26,30; 18:8,31; 19:10; 21:27,36; 22: 22,48,69; 24:7; John 1:51; 3:13,14; 5:27; 6:27,53,62; 8:28; 12:23; 13:31.
